ADEC (American Distance Education Consortium) is a non-profit distance education consortium composed of state and land-grant public universities. The consortium was conceived over 20 years ago to promote the creation and provisioning of high quality, economical distance education programs and services to diverse learners.
As the original distance education forum for promoting the growth of distance education within public universities, ADEC has focused on innovation and collaboration both nationally and internationally.
Become a major force in shaping the future of global education. We invite you to attend our conference and join ADEC as a member.
Anyone interested in sharing and promoting best practices in online higher education. State and land-grant universities' and colleges' education executives focused on and/or responsible for online strategies, programs and operations, ADEC members and potential members wanting to learn more about the organization, and educators looking for the latest online fundamentals to make their programs successful.
