Mr. Steven R. Conn

For nearly 20 years, Steven R. Conn has brought his unique combination of strategic vision and hands-on technical knowledge to successful engagements in the private sector, Federal and State governments, health care, and higher education. After 10 years' work as a software architect and systems administrator, Mr. Conn was named IT director for Systems Support Alternatives, Inc., a successful 8a program graduate specializing in IT and logistics. In 2000, Mr. Conn joined US Interactive, Inc., an international e-business consultancy, as Consulting Director. While at US Interactive, he led multimillion dollar e-business/e-government initiatives, including an award-winning overhaul of the Department of Education's online financial aid application website.

Mr. Conn is currently President of Third Millennium Solutions, LLC, an IT consulting business specializing in e-business, content management, UI design/accessibility and data/text mining. He also serves as Chief Technology Officer for the American Distance Education Consortium and for Xcelsior Technology and Consulting, LLC.
