Susan Fritz

Biography:
Susan Fritz is department head and associate professor
in the department of Agricultural Leadership Education and Communication
ath the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. She is a native Nebraskan and
received her B.S. in Business Administration, Masters of Education in
Adult Education/Agricultural Education, and Ph.D. in Community and Human
Resource Development-Training and Development (1993) from the University
of Nebraska. She teaches leadership courses and advises undergraduate
and graduate students.
Her research interests include the application of total
quality management in business, industry and higher education, quality
service assessment, the impact of interpersonal skills and community
service on undergraduate students, and the recruitment and retention
of undergraduate students. Dr. Fritz is a member of the graduate college
and has published and presented in the area of agricultural education
and leadership.
