Biography:

Dr. Jacquelyn McCray is dean of the School of Agriculture, Fisheries and Human Sciences at the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff. She has an extensive background in housing and community development research, is widely published in Housing, Family and Community Development Journals, and has been a board member and president of the American Association of Housing Educators and a member of the Research Advisory Committee for the Housing Assistance Council in Washington, D.C. She lends professional expertise in support of several housing and community development initiatives.
