Mr. Alan R. Moeller University of Nebraska-Lincoln
Biography:
Alan Moeller serves as ADEC Assistant Treasurer developing
business and financial models and practices for the consortium. He
also oversees day to day financial management and audits from a
policy perspective.
From 1971 to 1972, he was the Territorial Manager of The Cargill
Nutrena Feed Division where he developed sales of Nutrena feed
through local dealerships.
In 1972 to 1973, he served as the Federal Aid Coordinator for the
Nebraska Game and Parks Commission where he made
recommedations to the Commission on federal land and water
conservation funds for community recreation projects.
He served as Legislative Analyst of the Nebraska Legislative Fiscal
Office from 1973 to 1977 where he analyzed and made recommendations to the Appropriations Committee on University of Nebraska Budget request.
Now Assistant Vice Chancellor for Finance and Personnel since
1977, Alan directs the Institute of Agriculture & Natural Resources
(IANR) Finance and Personnel Office; serves as IANR
governmental and legal liason; oversees and coordinates IANR
budget request and implementation process; and advises Vice
Chancellors, Deans and Directors on various University policies and
procedures.
Alan holds a B.S. and an M.S. in Agricultural Economics from the
University of Nebraska-Lincoln. |
