Dr. Murphrey has experience in developing and delivering educational modules using various technologies. She has worked with multiple agencies to develop specific modules and holds the skills necessary to create instructionally sound educational units. The purpose of using technology to instruct is to make learning easier, more enjoyable, and increase understanding and retention of knowledge. Dr. Murphrey strives to build capacity within the Department to create cost-effective and instructionally sound learning units and to conduct research that can solve education and training dilemmas.
