This proposal seeks support for leadership education program planning and funding for a 10 state proposal for distance delivery of leadership education. Three UNL units seek support to develop a modularized, leadership course for adult learners with both for-credit (graduate) and not-for-credit (certificate) intentions. Possible themes for the modules are: leadership style, chance, interpersonal relationships, and team building. The modularized course will be offered nationally and will be the first of a group of leadership education courses offered for distance delivery through a collaborative, 10 state Fund for Rural America proposal.
