ADEC Distance Education Awards
The following individuals and teams were recognized at the Annual PCO/Program Panel Meeting
in Madison, Wisconsin, on August 3, 1999. Barbara Fails, Michigan State University, chaired
the Awards Committee. Committee members include Kevin Hayes, Oklahoma State University, Lou Workman, Utah State University, Jim Hamilton, University of Illinois, Harold Benson, Kentucky State University, and Janet Poley, ADEC President.
Award winners were nominated by supervisors at their home institution or by peers at
their own university or from somewhere else around the country. Award plaques and
certificates were presented at a special luncheon.
