Who Cares, And So What?

Knowledge requires information.

You want the bottom line? The success of current and future generations depends on their ability to learn and adapt. The land-grant system continues to provide new knowledge and the information which drives it, wherever and whenever the learner is most able to take advantage of it. ADEC offers the opportunity and the technology required for you to make the transition from information to real knowledge anywhere, anytime.

The public is no longer just satisfied with sending it's young off to the ivory towers of academe for learning and knowledge. The demand for open access to learning is a strong voice in society, and it's coming from all sectors. Students of today are learning that learning doesn't stop with a degree at the door on the way out after four years. Those graduating today are learning what has become obvious to many already working in society: To survive in the Knowledge Society of today, we must constantly have access to information and education that keeps us competitiveQon our terms, at places of our choice, and in a fashion most accesible to us.

In this what-have-you-done-for-me-lately world, the premier institutions in the Land-grant University System have joined forces to address their customer needs. ADEC is leading the charge.
