ADEC & USDA/FAS China Outreach: In cooperation with the U.S. Department of Agriculture's Foreign Agricultural Service, ADEC fielded an Information Technology/Distance Education Team to China.  This visit was also coordinated with William Chang, NSF representative in Beijing.
