This section also includes an email link, which helps if you need to ask them a question which their FAQ does not address. Their web page also offers automatic fax-back service if your question falls into one of their categories.

answered by a live person; it's a voice mail line. Leave your name and
number, and a technician will call you back. This usually happens within
an hour, but sometimes takes longer. Their fax number is 408/435-1795,
and if you have a simple, well-phrased question it may be faster to fax
it to them and ask for a fast response.
