JAN: Whether we call it revolution or evolution some things are happening - and more should be happening. On the positive side.....we have most folks using the same buzz words..... redesign....re-engineering..... reskilling...... productivity.... quality......access......competencies....outcomes...learner centered...... asynchronous learning......constructivist learning..... BUT.....are we evolving? Much is just...."not so happy TALK".
