it won't be long at all before change in this area is forced....
Witness Western Governors University and a growing number of
private sector organizations investing time and money in the
enterprise....We haven't yet reached half-time in the
educational revolution globally and we now understand the
criticality of intellectual capitol. So let's quit playing games
and evolve where we should evolve....and leave in the historical
dustbins the artifacts that we know contribute little to
learning, knowledge, growth and opportunity.
